Welcome to CUK's guide to S660 and MSC legislation.

Section 660 or 660a has been around for many years but the Government, being short of a bob or two, have decided to re-examine this rule and apply it to husband and wife companies. This is why S660 is also sometimes referred to as the 'husband and wife tax'.
